Executive chef of the Comité Group, Rémi Lemieux is now at the helm of the kitchens at the Grand Comité and Petit Comité restaurants, drawing on a career that has seen him work at Osteria Francescana alongside Massimo Bottura and at Éric Ripert’s Le Bernardin.
