Rémi Lemieux
Executive chef of the Comité Group, Rémi Lemieux is now at the helm of the kitchens at the Grand Comité and Petit Comité restaurants, drawing on a career that has seen him work at Osteria Francescana alongside Massimo Bottura and at Éric Ripert’s Le Bernardin. Recognised by the Michelin Guide from the very first year it was published in Montreal, he quickly made his mark with a style that combines boldness and character, using the very best ingredients from Quebec as his canvas.
